The firm
Unicoq Consulting Inc. is an independent advisory firm serving distribution utilities. We work on one asset class — the distribution grid — across the full stack of decisions it demands: modernization strategy, AMI 2.0 programs, DSO operating models, power systems engineering, and the regulatory filings that fund them.
How we work
Every engagement is led by a principal who does the work — not a partner who sells it. We build with your teams in the room, we put numbers behind every recommendation, and we write deliverables that survive scrutiny: from your board, from your engineers, and from your regulator.
What we don't do
We don't resell software, take vendor referral fees, or write strategies we wouldn't defend in a hearing room. Independence is the product.
